Standard Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to all USPS deliverable addresses within the US.
Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail from Seattle, Washington. The time it takes for your order to reach you is totally dependent upon the speed of the US Postal Service, typically 3-9 business days to US, and 14-21 business days to Canada. Please allow more time during holidays and other busy mail times.
Tracking is provided whenever available by the US Postal Service.
Expedited Shipping << TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE >>
We offer Second Day Air and Overnight delivery via FedEx. Expedited orders will ship the very next business day after the order is placed. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only. If you are unsure of when your order will arrive, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns
Since our products are customized with your personal information, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will gladly send a corrected item if a mistake has been made.
If we've made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will send you a free replacement item with the corrections right away. We apologize for our mistake!
If you've made a mistake on your order, we understand that things happen, and we want to help by offering you a replacement item with the corrections, at a reduced price of $8.00 including shipping.
In either case, there is no need to return the original item since it is customized with your personal info.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us and we can help to correct whatever the issue may be.
Need a different chain length for your bracelet? Contact us and we'll send you some additional chain, or you can send the bracelet back and we'll resize it for you.
