Additional Info - Wallet Card

Our emergency medical info wallet card is a great way to keep your important medical information with you at all times. Each medical card is printed on the front with the information you provide in the boxes above. Once received in the mail, you can write additional information on the back side of the wallet card as needed.

Each medical wallet card is the size and thickness of a credit card, and is made of durable plastic that will last for years in your wallet. The wallet card can be purchased alone, or can be used in addition to a medical ID necklace or bracelet to provide extra medical info or contact info that did not fit on the ID jewelry. One example would be if there is a list of medications that needs to be provided, the medical bracelet or necklace could say “on multiple medications, see list in wallet”, and then the medic wallet card could list the medications being taken.

We recommend talking with your doctor or medical specialist to determine what information is important to have on your medical ID or medical wallet card.
