Additional Info - Small Bracelet

Our small medical ID bracelet is recommended for children and adults with a wrist measurement of 5” or larger. It features a durable stainless steel custom engraved plaque, a strong and light weight stainless steel chain; and a choice of clasp. The plaque measures 9/16-inch high and 1 & ¾-inches across, and tapers at each end for a comfortable fit that is not bulky. The plaque is slightly curved so that it fits nicely to the curve of your wrist. For proper sizing, we recommend taking a snug wrist measurement. If you don’t have a measuring tape, please use a string to wrap around your wrist and then compare to a ruler to determine your wrist size. Be sure to select your wrist size in the pull-down menu and we will make the bracelet to fit. If your wrist is in-between sizes, please round up. The total bracelet length will be ½-inch longer than your wrist measurement, so that it fits comfortably but is not too loose to flop around.

Each medical identification bracelet is personalized with laser engraving of your information. Please talk to your doctor to find out what information is important for you to have on your medic ID. Each small medical identification bracelet includes a medical symbol enameled in a bright, bold red color to alert medical professionals that the information engraved on the bracelet is important for them to know.
